This site is simply a series of blog posts, so there are a couple of ways to use it.

The easiest way to use the site is to simply search for what you want in the big orange search bar located near the top right of every page. You will usually find what you are looking for on the first attempt – as long as you are specific with your search terms. For example, if you are having trouble installing the software you can just search for “installation.” But to find a more specific result you can search for “installation error 1234.” You get the idea.

Alternatively, you can click through the categories until you find something that may lead you to a solution.
